Note: Spouses must pay the full spouse registration fee regardless of days attending and are welcome at all conference events, receptions and meals with the exception of the Annual Member Only Business Meeting on Tuesday.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
Members must be considered "Active - Dues are current" to register for the conference. If your company is not active, please contact the Executive Director to arrange to pay your company dues or be added to your company listing. Please check-off each social event you are attending so we have a proper headcount. Sponsorship opportunities are at the end of the registration.

The conference is Member Only unless you have received an invitation to attend by the Board of Directors via email.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds or credits will be provided up to 8/30/19 minus the cancelation fee. After 8/30/2019 no refunds or credits will be provided. Substitutions are allowed by contacting the Executive Director.

The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel has their own cancelation policy for room changes. Guests must modify or cancel reservations no later than 7 days before arrival to avoid penalty charge with the hotel. All IACP room block hotel reservations must be made no later than August 26th. After that date please contact the Executive Director to inquire about room availability.
