The Regular membership in the Association consists of insurance and/or reinsurance companies, agencies or brokers that currently place or accept insurance or reinsurance, MGA's/MGU's.

The Affiliate membership of the Association consists of companies that handle or manage claims for an insurance or reinsurance business or a qualified vendor to the industry.
Other Membership Types
Unlike Regular and Affiliate membership categories, Adjunct, Associate and Honorary members are individuals selected for membership for specified terms by the Association’s Board of Directors because in the opinion of the Board they have met certain criteria that qualifies them for this individual vs company membership. These membership categories do not have an application process.
Companies who believe they qualify (see our By-laws
for full details of membership) may apply by completing the brief on-line application. Prospective members should provide 2 sponsors who are presently members of the Association and will need to name a Primary member representative (responsible for the annual dues) and at least one secondary members who will represent the company and receive electronic mailings. All membership applications are subject to approval by the IACP Board of Directors. You may have unlimited secondary members in the Member Database.
