IACP Women's Networking Group in partnership with The Connected Leaders invites you to the first in a three-part leadership series bringing together IACP members and non-members
for shared conversation and collective insight at a breakfast meeting on Thursday, April 30, hosted by DWF in London.

As more women step into senior and global claims roles, many are navigating a familiar but often unspoken transition:
  • strong technical confidence
  • increasing leadership responsibility
  • greater visibility and influence
  • but limited space to pause, reflect, and recalibrate how they lead

This program will be led by Chloe Walton, Founder of The Connected Leaders. This first of a three-part series will feature:

The Power of the Network
  • Why leadership can feel isolating - and how quickly that changes in the right room
  • The impact of shared stories on confidence, clarity and perspective
  • The role of trusted peer networks in sustaining women at senior levels
  • Networks help share best practice to strengthen resilience, judgement and self-belief

Speaker Bio:

Chloe Walton is a leadership coach, master facilitator and founder of The Connected Leaders. She is trusted by senior leaders and advises leadership teams across the globe as they navigate complexity, change and increasing visibility. Chloe is known for designing and facilitating leadership experiences that create the space for leaders to pause, think more clearly and reconnect with the human dynamics that underpin high-performing teams and organisations. Her work introduces creative friction — thoughtful challenge and honest conversation that sharpens perspective, unlocks better decisions and strengthens leadership cultures. Working at the intersection of sport, business and human dynamics, Chloe brings insights from high-performance environments into the leadership challenges facing modern organisations. She regularly facilitates senior team conversations, designs leadership programmes and speaks at international conferences on leadership identity, influence and the role of human connection in complex systems. Through The Connected Leaders, Chloe’s work focuses on helping leaders feel less isolated at the top — and more equipped to lead with clarity, confidence and impact.
