CONFERENCE DETAILS:
Conference registration includes Tuesday March 17 welcome reception and dinner, Wednesday March 18 full day conference program featuring high level speakers and topics, continental breakfast and conference refreshment breaks, luncheon, and closing reception following the day's program including heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.
Registration fees are outlined below including optional activities which are at additional cost.

Conference attire is business casual, no jeans please. Sport jackets if you like, but ties are not required. Suggested attire for Tuesday night’s Welcome Reception and Dinner is more upscale casual – a bit nicer but again, ties are not required. All registered spouses / personal guest companions are invited to attend both the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception and Dinner and the Wednesday evening Closing Reception. This is included in their registration.

Discounted room rates are available at the resort up to three days pre- and post-conference based on hotel availability. Reservations include a 10% Spa discount.

Rooms booked through third party booking sites, or Marriott Bonvoy, will not be allowed for this conference and will be cancelled. Once you have secured your reservation, if you wish to extend your stay in advance or following the conference, you will contact the reservationist at Penha Longa Resort directly by email at rc.lisrz.reservations.agent@ritzcarlton.com. Discounted rate is available three days prior and post conference dates, based on hotel availability.

Reservation Cancellations or Modifications Policy: You may cancel or modify your reservation anytime through January 25, 2026.
